Your essay should  be divided into three sections: Introduction, Main body and Conclusion.

3. How do you measure effectiveness?
4. Who is your target market?
5. Do you keep track of your customers? If yes, how?
6. What are your future marketing plans and how did you determine these?
7. How can you improve your marketing efforts?

Human Resources:

1. Describe your hiring plan.
2. Elaborate on the number of your employees and positions held by them.
3. How do you motivate your staff?
4. What training do you provide?
5. Do you hire people based on an organisational chart?
6. How can you improve your Human Resource planning?

CONCLUSION
Your essay should finish on a positive note and provide a final perspective on the topic of your business and its future
