SUBMISSION PROCESS

1. Submit structured Essay with financial statements which consist of:
   • Balance Sheet
   • Profit/Loss Statement
2. Fill the application form ( Download application form PDF format)
   and submit the following :
   • Copy of the passport.
   • Copy of Trade/Business License.
   • 2 passport size photos (50x70 mm).
   • Photographs of the front of your business, equipments and machines.

IMPORTANT: Incomplete entries will be disqualified.


All applications and supporting documents must be submitted between 28th of November 2010 and 23th of December 2010.
